E-learning Courses: Restart assessment attempts
Has your contributor reached all of their allowed attempts on the platform and you want to give them another chance?
Deleting attempts and resetting opportunities is now possible! Here are the steps:
1. Enter your platform, go to Training --> E-Learning Courses and select the course
2. Once inside the course, go to the "Evaluations" tab.
3. Select the 3 dots at the end of the user's name and select "Delete attempts"
This action will enable the player's attempts again.
