You can access this report by going to Results > Analytics to go deeper > User status / User status.

Active vs Inactive Users / Active vs Inactive Users

Here you can check the status of your plan, who is active and inactive. It is a good way to check if it is necessary to increase your plan. In the first panel you can view a graph that will give you the information quickly. Remember that this data is available to export in CSV format.

Users limit / User limit

Here you can see the maximum limit of users you have in your tenant. You will see it as follows:

In the third and final panel you will be able to see all the existing users in your tenant, classified byactive orinactive status . For inactive users, you will have data in thedeactivation date column that indicates how long the user has been deactivated. This report is available for download in excel and CSV.

This report includes email and name. Those assigned a "zero" are disabled and those with a "one" still have access .
