The programs are not mandatory, but we recommend creating them to provide structure by grouping courses, tracking and assigning.
What is a program?
A program is a set of courses grouped by theme, a "curriculum grid", for a specific group.
When you enter the tab you will see the programs ordered in a list. In each of the columns you can:
- Progress: The total number of users who have completed the program / The total number of assigned users.
- Activity : How many finished stages have been completed by users.
- End Date : The number of days remaining until the program period ends. On this date, the Program will be deactivated and users will no longer see it available in the App.
- State:
-> Draft: Programs that are not yet 100% configured.
-> Scheduled: Programs that are configured, and whose start date is in the future.
- >In progress: The programs that are active, that users can see in the App.
-> Ended: Programs that were active and have already reached their end date.
Use the search bar and filters to find your programs. If you want to force the end of a program, send a message to its users or edit information, use the 3 points to execute the different actions.
Finally, at the three points at the end of the row you will find options:
- End Program: When a program is in progress, this option is displayed. What it does is set the end date as the current date, the program becomes "finished" and is no longer available to the end user in the App.
- Send message: This is a shortcut that takes you to messaging if you want to send reminders to users to finish the training 🙌🏼
- Edit: It will take you to the program configurator so you can edit its duration, content, diploma or users.
- Delete: Delete the selected program. This action is not reversible.
Advantages
- A curricular mesh is assigned at the same time , without the need to assign course by course.
- For the user it is visually more coherent and contains all the elements necessary for effective training.
- Start and end dates: Unlike individual courses, programs have a start and end date, which motivates users to complete them. You can set reminders and notifications that are sent to users.
Example:
Onboarding Program-> You can include a variety of courses related to the company's mission, history, values, organizational chart.
**Please note that it is also possible to create and add a single course within a program.
