Creating a program consists of 5 steps, to access visit Training -> Programs -> Create program ✏️ (in the upper right corner).

This action will take you step by step:

• Program name: This can be the name of the position or related to the content.

• Sequence: You can enable a sequence so that the user must complete the courses in order and unlock the next content as they progress and pass. This option is not mandatory.

• Diploma: Upon completion of the program, a diploma (from Nivelat or the company) may be offered. If you need help with specific measures, contact the Customer Success team ( or visit this link)

• Cover Image: To personalize the program, you can add a custom cover image with your branding.
  

• Assignment and order: You can drag and define the order of the courses within the program. These can be from Nivelat or courses that you have uploaded, such as videos, documents or courses from other platforms, as long as they are available in the library.
  

• Selection: Once the courses are selected, press the arrow to assign them to the list on the right, where you can also set their order if necessary.
  

3. Public: Assignment of users to the program:

• The dynamic is similar to course assignment. From a list, you can move users to the program. In addition, there is a filter to add users by groups.

4. Duration, Choose the period:

• Always choose an appropriate end date to create a sense of urgency in users.

5. Summary, Confirm and Save:

1. Summary: Upon completion, a summary is displayed with details of each completed step. If you need to make any changes, you can click modify.
   
2. You can Publish the program or Save the draft to continue later.
