Players Tab - Update: Data, Passwords and Permissions

Platform administrators have permissions to make updates to the different fields that make up a user.

Update a user's permissions:

  • Go to the Management > Players section > search and select the user.
  • Go to the User Profile tab and you will see their details. Edit the fields that need changes.
  • If you want to assign another user type to the player, you can select the dropdown option.
  • Press "Update" to save changes.


Update a user's password:

  • Go to the Management > Players section > search and select the user.
  • Access the User Profile tab and you will see your details. On the right you have the option to enter a new password (enter a set of at least six digits between numbers, upper and/or lower case letters to assign your new key)
  • Click the Update button
