• Online Classes: They allow you to schedule synchronous online sessions, assigning a tutor or expert to lead the class.

• In-Person Classes: They allow you to schedule synchronous in-person sessions, where you can use the Nivelat platform in a complementary way.
  

Features and advantages of Online and In-Person Classes:

Both options allow you to keep a record of user attendance , encouraging interaction through questionnaires and providing related data once the session has ended.

• Attendance: You can keep track of users scheduled for online meetings.

• Playful Quizzes: You can create questions for users to interact with during class through the application. This improves attention and participation.

• Notifications: You have the option to send an email or notification to users from the last tab.
  

Create an Online Class . :

• Name, date and time: Define these details for the class.

• Tutor: Select who will be in charge of activating the quiz questions during class. If the tutor is not active on the platform, you can create it directly from the icon with the user +.
  

2. Select Attendees:

• Choose your players: Select attendees, with the option to filter by groups for easy assignment.
  

3. Create Playful Quiz:

• Add questions: Enter the questions in the first section, the possible answers, use the icon to mark which would be the correct answer and press save.
  

• Repeat this process for each question you want to add. There is no limit on the number of questions.
  

• Agenda: Classes are scheduled and available in the academy section within the platform.
