Messaging Tab
In the Messaging tab 📩 you can send personalized messages to platform users. Here we'll explain to you how to do it:
How to Send a New Message:
Send Message:
Click "Send Message."
Enter a subject that describes the content of the message, such as a reminder, welcome, etc.
Message Personalization:
In the text box, personalize the message using different font sizes, bold, colors, etc.
Recipient Selection
: On the right, select the team and message recipients.
You can choose recipients according to the progress status of the users: those who have not started, those who have started but have not finished, or all those pending to finish.
Important considerations 
:
Messages are sent from a no-reply email.
It is possible that users with corporate emails receive the message in the spam folder. Users are advised to check their spam folders if they expect an important message from the platform.
