Bookstore - Share your courses through the public link

The public link is a feature that is used when we want to give direct access to our users to take a course 📖 without going through the entire process of creating users and assigning courses.

It is important to mention that in a course that has the public link active, the final evaluation and the diploma will not be available 💡


Step by step to activate the public link:

  1. In Resources > Library, enter the course in which you are going to activate the link
  2. In the information tab you will see this and you must turn on the indicated button:


  1. When you turn on the button, the platform will give you the following warning and request confirmation of activation:



This will activate the public link of the course. Now, you must copy the link to be able to share it with the participants by double clicking on it.




User view

As soon as the participant clicks on the link, they will see the following form where they must enter their email address. This will create their user on the platform and they will be able to take the course.

Because each person who uses the link will create a new user, remember that these are charged to your plan 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏼‍♀️


Once this is done, from the admin you will be able to see the created user as follows:
