In-person classes

At Nivelat we have additional options that complement the gamified courses.

  • Online Classes: They allow you to schedule synchronous online sessions, assigning a tutor or expert to lead the class.

  • In-person classes: They allow you to schedule in-person synchronous sessions, where you can use the Nivelat platform in a complementary manner.

Features and advantages of Online and In-Person Classes:

Both options allow you to keep track of user attendance , encouraging interaction through questionnaires and providing related data once the session is over.

  • Attendance: You can keep track of users scheduled for online meetings.

  • Playful Quizzes: You can create questions for users to interact with during class through the app. This improves attention and participation.

  • Notifications: You have the option to send an email or notification to users from the last tab.


Create an in-person online class . :


1. Initial Settings:

    • Name, Date, and Time: Define these details for the class.

2. Create a Fun Quiz: Available to users via a QR code.

    • Add questions: Enter the questions in the first section, the possible answers, use the icon to mark which would be the correct answer and press save.

    • Repeat this process for each question you wish to add. There is no limit to the number of questions.

    • QR Code: After creating the class with questions, a QR code will be generated that you can print to have in the training room or download digitally. Users can scan the QR to access the questions.
