Before you start: Get to know the end-user view 🧑‍💻.

Before starting to create and edit content in Nivelat, it is essential to understand how end users view programs, courses and their content:

1. To do this, we invite you to enter your platform, go to your profile in the upper right area and select "go to the app".

2. Course Structure:

    • Access any course from the academy tab to view the course structure. These are organized into units, highlighted in green, that group together different themes.

    • Each unit is divided into "capsules" or "stages" , using the microlearning methodology. Each capsule has a specific learning objective and is short, ideally no more than five minutes.

3. Interactivity and Personalization:

    • Each capsule includes a character who guides users, providing a welcome, flow of content, and farewell. Users enter with their name, which automatically personalizes the experience and promotes greater engagement.

4.Content Format:

    • Each of the capsules contains information and learning in the form of "interactions", these can be presented in text accompanied by images, GIFs and videos relevant to the course content.

    • After the information is presented, interactive questions are included to reinforce learning. We have 12 different interactions : alternatives, true/false, categorization, completing sentences or ordering information.

    • When you build your courses, these interactions will be called "tags." And depending on which one you select, they will be reflected in the final platform as follows, for example:

You can deliver the information using a "feedback" tag.

And then ask for the content, with a "true and false" tag

5. Feedback and Gamification:

    • The platform provides immediate feedback to users after answering questions. In addition, it assigns points that contribute to the ranking of users, promoting motivation and friendly competition.

    • At the end of the course, users can access a more formal final evaluation. This evaluation can be configured with criteria such as passing percentage and number of attempts allowed.

6. Completion of the Course:

    • Once the course is completed, users receive a notification that the course has been completed. They also have the option of downloading a diploma as recognition.

    • To navigate back to the administrator platform, they must select their profile and select the configuration option.
